About your Instructor

Juliana Brock, CMI, CME for Power Training brings 26 years experience in the Mortgage Industry during which time she created work practices that increased production and minimized costly mistakes.

Ms. Brock has been a workshop presenter for the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women. Oklahoma Mortgage Brokers and Texas Mortgage Brokers. Juliana has experience in multiple levels of the mortgage industry giving her the diversity needed to accurately address questions and loan file scenarios.

She is known for her approach as she has a way of reaching the participants and making sure that they understand the material.

Ms. Brock is a member of the Austin, Dallas and Oklahoma Association of Mortgage Bankers (TMBA), National Association of Mortgage Brokers and NAPMW.

Ms. Brock is a published author in Mortgage Originator Magazine, Showcase Austin, Realty Line Austin and works with RMIC to provide additional education for their clients.

Additional Instructors

Jay Gavit and his animated teaching style, bring learning to a different level in our NMLS 20 Hour Pre-Licensing Class.  Instead of being bored out of our socks, Jay always integrates fun and humor into learning.  Catching his stride, Jay runs an education packed 20 hour class that excels most.  Be prepared to succeed with him behind your education.

Mark Kelly and his intellectual teaching style will trigger even the most seasoned mind into thinking.  His approach to the education you need to pass both the NMLS federal state and your state required test is proven.  With over 25 years experience in the mortgage industry, Mark Kelly is a “seasoned veteran” and can impart to the student real life situations which reinforce the reasoning behind why laws and regulations are in place.

Dedicated to his community, Mark was instrumental in revitalizing the Central Texas Association of Mortgage Brokers chapter, serving as Treasurer for multiple terms.  At the state level, he also served for the Texas Association of Mortgage Brokers as a member of the annual conference committee.

A graduate of Texas Tech University, Mark makes his home in Austin.  Father of two sons in college, he enjoys golf, jogging, reading and being outdoors.

Karen Trevino has over 25 yrs experience in the mortgage industry, spending the first 10 years in the servicing end of mortgage lending doing everything from paying taxes and insurance, working foreclosures and bankruptcies to analyzing escrow accounts and handling customer relations.

Ms. Trevino has been an originator, processor, closer, underwriter and operations manager and the owner of a Contract Mortgage Processing Service. Having this experience gives Karen the ability to train learners in "real world" scenarios, giving them the tools they need to realize their talent.
