This course is for those who want to start processing or have started processing and need guidance. It is ideal for those moving from the subprime market or those returning to the mortgage workforce.

We will cover setting up the loan, troubleshooting the application, ordering necessary verifications, title and appraisal.

Basics of submitting the loan to underwriting including how to read verifications, paystubs, bank statements and credit reports.

Attendee will review basic definitions and loan calculations including down payment, closing costs, prepaids, income and asset determination.

Continental Breakfast will be served.
