Deadlines are here! Texas Mortgage Bankers were required to be licensed through Texas by May 31st. The deadline for Texas Mortgage Brokers approaches. For individuals currently licensed, if your name does not appear on the TDSML website as a person being certified by Texas to NMLS, you must have 20 hours of NMLS approved education.
